Our previous CPA wrecked our books. Ottit saved us, got us back on track, and prevented a $30,000 tax overpayment. Without them, we'd have no visibility or process. Highly recommend their team!

"They specialize in e-commerce businesses, and we had outgrew the small local accountant in our area. Ottit caught many things our previous accountant missed."
"Our prior firm was completely horrible. Ottit was recommended by our fractional CFO. Ottit came in and cleaned up. Implementing good sound accounting procedures and policies. They have been absolutely fabulous to work with. We are a TEAM!"

How does EcomBalance price?
EcomBalance quotes a fixed monthly price through a calculator (revenue, transactions, accounts, marketplaces) followed by a call; set-up, catch-up and clean-up are a separate one-time quote. Its FAQ lists a three-month minimum and a stay-on requirement after clean-up work.
Does EcomBalance do accrual accounting?
Its pricing page does not say. Ottit's Accrual plan ($995 a month) includes deferred revenue, accruals, inventory and COGS by channel.
Who owns the QuickBooks file?
Both firms work in your own QuickBooks Online or Xero subscription. EcomBalance includes Link My Books; Ottit uses Bookkeep for payout-level entries.
When do I get my financials?
EcomBalance states the 15th to 20th of the month. Ottit delivers by the 15th of the month, often sooner.
