Who actually works on my books?

Your team includes an in-house accounting manager (CPA), a team lead (ACCA or equivalent), and a dedicated bookkeeper. Together, they deliver a beautiful, reconciled final product every month—and best of all, they’re always available to support you.

Your team is global - what hours are they working?

Our team works US hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.

How do you communicate with your clients?

We use dedicated Slack channels to keep communication with our clients fast and seamless. No more waiting days for an email response—though if email’s your thing, we’ll reply just as quickly!

Do you lock your clients into contracts?

Never. Our service agreements are simple, clear, and strictly month-to-month. No commitments, no strings attached. Stay as long as you love us (which is usually forever) or leave whenever you need to.
