Our previous CPA wrecked our books. Ottit saved us, got us back on track, and prevented a $30,000 tax overpayment. Without them, we'd have no visibility or process. Highly recommend their team!

"I've NEVER worked with a firm as great as Ottit. My books have been a mess for years and I never kept track of anything."
"Our prior firm was completely horrible. Ottit was recommended by our fractional CFO. Ottit came in and cleaned up. Implementing good sound accounting procedures and policies. They have been absolutely fabulous to work with. We are a TEAM!"

Is Finaloop a bookkeeping firm or software?
Both, depending on plan. Finaloop Platform is software for an in-house finance team; Finaloop Full-Service adds their accounting team. Either way the ledger is Finaloop's own system, not QuickBooks or Xero.
What does Finaloop cost above $1M in revenue?
Finaloop's pricing page lists $245 a month for the Starter plan (up to $1M revenue, in business four years or less) and says larger plans are quoted individually. Its FAQ notes setup fees usually run two to four times the monthly subscription.
Can I leave Finaloop with my books intact?
You can export data, but the ledger itself is Finaloop's. With Ottit the books are in your own QBO or Xero file; if you leave, nothing moves.
Which is better for inventory-heavy brands?
Finaloop's InventoryIQ is a strong software layer if you want real-time inventory analytics. Ottit books landed cost, 3PL and FBA movements and COGS monthly from your inventory system (Cin7, Shopify, Amazon reports) and does not require a new tool.
