Questions
Is Mercury free to use with Ottit?
Mercury's core plan is $0 a month; you only pay Mercury for optional plans or international FX. Ottit's fees are separate and published on our pricing page.
Do you need Mercury Plus or Pro?
Only if you want recurring invoicing, unlimited 1099s or NetSuite categorizations. Most ecommerce brands do fine on the free plan with Ottit handling the books.
How do sub-accounts show up in the ledger?
Each sub-account is its own bank account in QBO or Xero; transfers between them are booked as transfers, not income or expense.
Does Ottit handle Mercury Treasury?
Yes. Treasury balances, yield and the 0.15%–0.60% annual fee are booked and reconciled monthly.
