Is Ramp really free?
The Free plan is $0 per user with cards, expenses, AP, AR and QBO/Xero sync; 1099 filing costs $0.65 per IRS filing. Plus adds AI coding and multi-entity for $15 per user a month plus a platform fee.
Ramp or Brex or Mercury cards?
All three integrate with QBO and Xero. Ramp's rule engine and Bill Pay make it the easiest to keep clean; Ottit works with whichever you have.
Can Ottit approve bills in Ramp?
Yes, on the Controllership & Fractional CFO plan Ottit manages the AP workflow; on other plans Ottit sets up routing and you approve.
Do you handle Ramp's treasury and investment accounts?
Yes, interest and transfers are booked and reconciled like any bank account.
