Questions
Which QuickBooks Online plan does an ecommerce brand need?
Plus at minimum, for inventory tracking and class tracking by channel. Advanced when you have multiple entities, need revenue recognition schedules, or exceed 40 classes and locations.
Do I need QuickBooks Commerce or the Shopify connector?
No. Ottit uses Bookkeep for payout-level entries because it handles fees, refunds, gift cards and sales tax at the level reconciliation needs.
Can you migrate us from QuickBooks Desktop?
Yes. Migration and clean-up are scoped after the free health check; the monthly plan starts once balances are reconciled in Online.
Who pays for the QuickBooks subscription?
You do, in your own Intuit account. Ottit is added as one of the free accountant seats every plan includes.
